Blue and neon crisscross strap dress

This dress is has a neon green lining with an almost neon blue see through overlay. The straps in the back criss crosses and I can send a picture if anyone is interested. It has a sequin flower and the bust has sort of a mermaid feel to is. The middle is rouched from the sides and the bottom is very twirly. There is no zipper in the dress. Worn once! The tag says size large but I wore it years ago so I think it might be a juniors large.
