Blue and white fit and flare dress

Cream lacy top with a navy knee-length skirt. The back has a smaller keyhole design (see attached picture). The top's lacy pattern is partially covered over the chest and is see-through from chest to shoulders. It fits around the waist before flaring out waist down. It's an XL, but fits closer to a medium/large. Very cute, only worn twice.
