Blue and white floral dress

Navy with white floral pattern. Great print, great cut. High neck with spaghetti straps. Flowy skirt and attached slip. Perfect for spring weddings. Looks great belted (not included). Small hole at waist on seam, would be easy fix. Would best fit size 2-4.
