Flowy Blue and white dress with a floral like pattern. Has a white slip underneath so no see through. About mid arm length puffy sleeves and a keyhole back but a button closure. Also has a tie around the waist. The waist is approx 36. I measure the length from the front center of chest and it’s about 33 inches.
