Blue and white floral forever 21 romper

Super cute blue floral romper. The top looks like a wrap top with an optional metal button closure and bell sleeves. The shorts have a cute ruffle detail. I’m tallish (5’7) and this romper is long enough on me. This item is NWOT, I’ve had it for a while and just haven’t had a place to wear it! It’s Forever21 brand.
