Blue and white floral halter Lilly Pulitzer Dress

This is one of my favorite dresses because the halter cut is highly flattering and the pattern is gorgeous. I love the print with the subtle turtles. It's lined. It zips up the back and ties around the neck. The hanger strings are still in place. There is a removable thin lining in the cups on the dress which makes it easier/look appropriate for those who may choose not to wear a bra with it.
