Blue and white floral skirt by Tulle

This skirt is a size small, however was taken in to fit more like an XS (00-2). These alterations are easily reversible with a seam ripper as no fabric was cut (as pictured). The skirt is silky, lined, and has buttons on the back as well as hidden zipper.
