Blue and white patterned button down short sleeve shirt dress

Light and cool short sleeve dress with button down front and ruffle bottom hem detail. Navy blue with white tear drop shaped print throughout. Size small and in like new condition. Only selling because I’m tall and this is too short on me in the back. If it was just a little longer it’s definitely my favorite shirt dress. From a smoke free and pet free home!
