Blue and white patterned mini-skirt

Beautiful white summer skirt with blue patterning. Elastic tie waist, fully lined, polyester. 30-36” waist, 42” hip, 19” length. Marked size M, I’d say best fits size 10 - 12. For reference I am 5’11, 31” waist, 40” hip. The waist is flexible but the fabric itself does not have much give. Good condition, just a few loose threads at the hem. Ooh, and it has pockets!
