Blue and white patterned no shoulder tee

This shirt is sooo soft! It is a royal blue. The top has an elastic band and can be worn on shoulders or off. The bottom is flowy. The wrinkles WILL COME OUT with an iron or wash. I had this in a drawer, rather than hanging:( super cute and rarely worn! Can fit a medium as well!
