Blue and white plus size dress

This is a lovely blue and white sleeveless, dress. The length is just below the knee. It has a high-low detail. It includes a tie belt. This piece is brand new without the tags. It looks like pieces of Jean fabric but it’s 97% polyester and 3% spandex. The material is stretchy. The size says 4x but it runs small. I would recommend a size 18-20.
