Blue and white shirt

It's navy blue with a with a pattern of white thread around the bottom. The strap is present and looks a little maritime. It's not padded, so it would need to be paired with a strapless bra. I always got loads of complements when I curled my hair and wore this with my navy blue and white polka dotted keds.
