Blue and white shirt dress with belt

OC by OC blue and white belted button down shirt dress. Ruffle front with cap sleeves. Size 4 measures 18" across from armpit to armpit when laid flat and 14" across the waist. The length is 36" from back neckline to hem. 100% cotton with acetate lining. * is missing one button from sleeve, and *one belt loop string is partially detached as shown in last two photos.
