Blue and white strapless romper

This romper is so cute and the material is amazing! It has a tie in the center, and 2 pockets on either side. I honestly don’t know the brand, but I know I got it at a local boutique! It’s only been worn a couple times and is in excellent condition! I don’t normally wear a size S, but as shown on pics, that’s how it fit me *My measurements* 140lbs 5’6” Normal size medium ✨I do holds!
