This blue and white stripe long sleeve button down is super cute. Embroidered front with ruffle. Ruffled mock neck. Hole in the armpit on right side. Could possibly be mended. No brand tag, size, or fabric content tag. Maybe a cotton blend. I think a size small, see photos for measurements.
