This is a lovely and worn only once dress shirt by Ann Taylor. It is a short sleeve wrap style shirt. It has a collar and a V-neck of any depth when wrapped. The tie goes around at an empire waist spot, very flattering for either large or small breasts. It has blue stripes on a white background.
