Blue and white striped boatneck top

Labeled as a large but fits more like a loose medium. It's supposed to be more relaxed in the torso. Would look best on a shorter person, unless you're going for a cropped look then a tall person could probably pull it off. It's supposed to sit right at the pants-line and I'm too busty for it.. makes the shirt too short for my liking. Washed but never worn.
