Blue and white striped mini dress size L

Cute mini dress size L. Feels a little bit like bandage dress material but not stiff. I paired it with a navy blazer and red heels for a business professional look. Fabrics is very stretchy. I think this may be a junior size dress. When I wore it in that picture I was a size 4 women’s.
