Blue and white striped summer dress

Perfect for a womans, summertime party gathering. This semi-casual, strapless dress is striking with its navy blue and white stripes. Pairs well with either silver OR gold jewelry. So no matter what your skin tone, this dress will work well for you. The belt is removable but still attached with its plastic ties. I never wore this dress other than modeling it for the photos. I am a size 2 and this is size 7. It is too big for for me but I am thinking it runs a little small. Bust size is 32C.
