Blue and white striped summer dress wedding guest size extra small - XS or S

A Byer brand dress with a little built in pettycoat. Padded cups. Tagged a size 3. Bust measures 32 inches. There is some elastic in the back to allow for stretch. Waist has no stretch and will fit up to 30 inches. This dress is from my skinny days. Great condition and barely worn. Perfect dress for a backyard wedding, beach vacation or when you just want to embrace some classic style.
