In the actual photo the shirt looks much shorter than what is shown in the picture. How long is it? Waist? Hip?

@juliep2229 I believe the actual shirt looks a lot shorter because it's wider - it's a generously sized 10, while the model is probably size 0 or 2. The center back length from the bottom of the collar seam (nape of neck) to the bottom of the hem is 24". Also, the white stripes are not a really bright white - they have a very slight blue or gray tint to them. Hope this helps :)
