Blue and white striped tunic with a side tie

I’m not sure what it is called so I’ve labeled it as tunic for lack of better terms. I have worn this shirt with black leather leggings and with ripped skinny jeans, it goes down to about calf length at the longest point, I am 5’3”. Super flattering and unique. It’s white with blue stripes. EUC
