What is the waist measurement? Is the fabric very thick? Is it very stretchy?

@kclmurphy The fabric is definitely stretchy and it is not OVERLY thick. The fabric isn’t as thin as a silk dress but it is certainly not too thick that you can’t move; it is a perfect in between. The waist is 28 inches around when laid flat. The stretch of the fabric can give an extra 2-3 inches.
