Blue and white tie high low dress

Love the pattern of this dress. Adjustable tie around the shoulders, white slip underneath. The front panels cross above the knee slightly and the back falls to the ankles. The more I talk about it the more I want to keep it!! Wore this to Coachella so take it somewhere beautiful next!!
