Blue and yellow cut out maxi dress

I bought this dress from Bebe. It’s beachy and flowy but splits up the front to show legs and is a little shorter up front as well. You can arrange the straps a couple different ways to make the dress look different around the top. The bottom has elastic around the waste so it’s comfortable to stay in and the top has clips in the back like a bra for adjusting. Great condition, I never got the opportunity to wear it out.
