Blue beaded homecoming/banquet dress

Beautiful blue/silver sequin cocktail with cut out. Dress is fully beaded with multiple shades of blue and silver. No alterations, no rips, no holes. Slight spray tan stains on the inside only. Non-smoking home. Purchased new from Terry Costa.
