Blue blouse with cute details (boutique brand)

Super cute and different blue blouse bought at a boutique in chicago. Arms are open with a tie at the bottom. Back is a bit open, but you can still wear a bra. Perfect for a dinner party or meeting your boyfriend’s parents. A few tiny marks but can still be worn without people thinking it’s stained or bought used. Size has faded in dry cleaning on the tag, but I think it’s a S. It fits like a S.
