Blue blue 💙 B. Smart drop waist Dress Size small

This is a very cute dress in electric blue. Has been worn one time, to a wedding. I bought thinking my new boyfriend would take me to a fancy place in Vegas during NFR. I never got to wear the dress, but I kept him, haha. That was 14 years ago...my daughter finally wore it two summers ago. She wore it with black cowboy boots and it looked great. It has tow tiny snags, one is hig up on the back, next to the back opening. The other is in the front, but is invisible because of the way the folds lie. Dress is lines with satin, until the skirt starts. There's an extra button sewn in as well. This is a fun dress, no matter where it's worn. Vegas? New Year's? Prom?
