Blue boho FreePeople mermaid skirt

A beautiful boho Free People skirt that will give you serious mermaid vibes! I really love this skirt but it’s too big on me, so lucky you. Dark blue material with a gorgeously detailed waist band (elastic). Waist: about 16” flat lay. The hip measurements are only a bit bigger at about 17.5”. Length approximately 38” at the longest point. This is a high-low style but not by much (see last pic). The super soft lacy material has quite a bit of give. Lined skirt. Size large. EUC! Like New
