Cute off-shoulder top/mini dress Never worn except to try on & model Size large, fits more like a medium, but would fit cute as an oversized mini dress on someone size small. Almost like a mens button up shirt turned into a cute woman’s dress 16.5” shoulder band (lying flat) Longest point (measured from the back, from neck to center of bottom hem) is approx. 27” Under armpit to side of bottom hem is approx. 20”
