Blue and white striped dress. Has a lace up neck detail. Effortless, on the go dress. Can be dressed down with sneakers or heels. I am 5’3” and the dress hits me at mid thigh. Only worn once Underarm to underarm: measures ~18.5” Shoulder to bottom hem: measures ~32”
