Blue chiffon like, lace front panel dress

An simple bit elegant dress that is easy to wear around town for a splash of color or perfect for a casual party. The dress has a lace front panel and the back has an open back "V", as you can see in the photo. The dress is fully lined. I'm 5'5" and it hits me about 2.5"-3" above my knees.
