Blue chiffon overlay dress

From Soft Surroundings, this knee-length dress has a polyester shell with a chiffon overlay. Beautiful blue color. Runs a bit large to be size medium, IMO. (Note, it's a bit wrinkled because it's right out of a shipping bag.)
