Blue cocktail dress

Blue cocktail dress with faux cape. Two pieces drape from the front to attach to the back of the neck. Dress is dry clean only, and has only been worn twice. 100% silk lining, 95% polyester, 5% spandex. Been stored in a closet in a smoke free home. I liked the dress so much I had also purchased it in gray. :) Bundling the blue and gray together at a discount. Hope you enjoy!
