Blue combo free people dress

Velvet dark blue combo patterned dress. Looks like more of a rich purple blue color in person. The back has a portion with the same a mesh part that still maintains the pattern. It is a shorter dress with a razor back look. Hardware details around the top (pictured). New with tags
