Blue cotton draping dress

This is a great weekend dress. Drapes well in the front. Elastic middle creates a really cute waist making the skirt part hit shorter or longer. It is open in the back which feels great in warmer weather. Has a built in slip on the inside with adjustable straps. The front of the slip has a small hole, but is unseen when dress is worn.
