Blue cottony skirt with built-in shorts, size XL

This soft cottony feeling skirt is an azure blue color with a tie detail at the elastic waist and shorts underneath. The material is a polyester spandex blend with good stretch and it’s new without tags from a boutique. It is a size 2X, but I think it looks more like an XL, so I’m tagging it that way. Please just note the measurements to get the best fit. It measures about 17” across the waist and about 17.5” in length. The shorts have an inseam of about 4”.
