Blue diamond and white diamond ring

Three real blue diamonds surrounded by white diamonds set in sterling silver. Size 7. Ring sold for $1100.00, purchased it was purchased at JC Pennys by my ex as a gift for 688.50. I don’t have the actual receipt. It was purchased in Arizona. I live in Florida but I do have a receipt from when I took the ring into JC Penny’s to have two diamonds replaced. It was under warranty because he had purchased the insurance. The receipt is blurry I’ll attach it. I’m no longer with him and I do t have any contact with him.
