Really cool, vintage (at least 20 years old) asymmetric high low Blue Dot skirt. Brown soft small wale corduroy. High waisted, belted and buttons and snaps create the paper bag style waist band. Unfinished fringe hemline, tan top stitching details. Size 8, dress form has a 32” waist. Skirt length range is 21-26” Still in great wearable shape.
