Blue dress

Really cute blue halter style dress with rhinestone detail and a bubble hem at the bottom. It is "trixxi" brand that I bought from Macy's. I wore this once to a wedding and it has been dry cleaned and never worn again. It says it is a medium but I bought it from the junior section so it is more like a small. It doesn't fit me anymore, but I received lots of complements on it when I wore it!!
