Blue dress

Dress from tj maxx! Only worn a couple times. Size xs, but I am usually a medium, so it definitely runs big. It is a bit loose on me, so I imagine a medium and down would definitely fit. It is super comfortable, light material. Can be worn off-the-shoulder. I’m 5’8” and it goes a little bit above halfway down my thigh. I usually paired it with a belt too!
