Blue dress with beaded neck

Very light weight and super cute dress. I just never wear it anymore. 60% viscose and 40% cotton. Dry clean only. Not sure what size, the tag is gone. But I’m usually a medium in dresses. And I’m 5’7” so the length is good on me.
