Blue dress with flare sleeves and lace

This dress is from Nordstrom and the ASTR brand. It is a straight dress with lace down the middle and on the ends of the sleeves. The sleeves also flare out and there is an open back. Worn only a few times and is in perfect condition. Size small. Perfect for a Bat Mitzvah or dance.
