Blue dress with low, cut-out back and bow

Was a designer, custom bridesmaid dress. I shortened it to be a cocktail/summer dress. Pit to pit is 18 inches. Waist is 14 1/2 inches. Hips are 16 1/2 inches. I originally bought it for $225. Lined. Dry clean only. See my Bundle for offer details.
