Blue dress w/lace like detail back & POCKETS.

Beautiful blue dress with lace like design on the back. This dress has been worn one time. The last picture is the only time the dress has been worn. I added a belt in that picture, but I do not have the belt for sale. It is great/excellent condition. This dress has POCKETS! Size small, but could fit a medium. Just above the knee and I am about 5'4" or 5'5".
