Blue elastic circle skirt H&M

Super cute little skirt purchased from H&M, size 14. This skirt has a thick elastic band, and is very forgiving size-wise. The fabric is a nice bold blue, and fairly thick and sturdy. Color is best represented in the first photo. Also, there are no stains, my mirror was just a bit dirty 😂
