Blue elephant dress, large, Derek Heart

This dress is from Derek Heart. It has an elastic top and flowy bottom. It's background it dark blue with white elephants on it and some orange and yellow patterning. It has cuffs for the arms giving an appearances of strapless and off the shoulder dress. It's made of 92% polyester and 8% spandex. It has never been worn and still has its tags, from a smoke free home.
