Blue faceted stone swirl wire strung beaded ring silver choker or necklace

Pretty looped silvertone necklace with faceted wired blue swirled beads wired in threes hanging 2" from the chain. Solidly made. Not sure if vintage or not because it was in a package of it's own though I'm leaning towards vintage because of it's materials & how it is made. Nicely made & very pretty. Has a pretty hook closure (pic #8) Necklace measures up to 17 1/2" long. New
