The blue color of the skirt fades going up, the bottom flares outward. It has an elastic waistband and a slip connected underneath. It's very light and comfortable and allows free movement. There's a tiny hole on the third tier on the left leg side but it's barely noticeable, only by actual inspection. Definitely something to wear in hot weather to stay cool.
