Are these fabric? Comfy? Is there arch support and good cushioning? Are they wide in the toe area or do they narrow at the toe? Can the laces be used to tighten or are they decorative? My mom wears a size 6 but is having foot surgery. I'm looking for inexpensive comfy shoes for her to wear during recovery -- so I'm looking at larger shoes. But the toe area must be wide. Thanks for responding. 😊
